PARENThèse TDAH — Messaging & unsubscribe policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Explicit consent (opt-in)

You will not receive any WhatsApp messages until you actively check the box "I want to receive reminders via WhatsApp" in your profile and save your phone number. The box is unchecked by default. Your consent is free, informed and can be withdrawn at any time.

2. What messages you may receive

Messages use Meta-approved WhatsApp Business templates — never any advertising, never any third-party content.

  • Morning brief (gentle summary of your day)
  • Routine reminders (morning / evening) at times you set
  • Soothing cycle messages (if enabled)
  • Post-crisis check-in (24-48h after an SOS)
  • Weekly victory (Sunday evening, short pride recap)

3. Maximum frequency

We commit to never overwhelm you. Maximum: 2 messages per day, and only 1 unsolicited check-in per week. You can disable specific categories in your profile.

4. How to unsubscribe

Two ways, both instant:

  • Reply "STOP" to any of our WhatsApp messages. You won't receive anything else from that moment.
  • Untick "I want to receive reminders via WhatsApp" in My profile and save.

Re-subscribing requires checking the box again (and possibly replying "START" on WhatsApp if you previously replied STOP).

5. Data shared with Twilio / Meta

To send you a WhatsApp message, we transmit to Twilio (our certified WhatsApp Business operator): your phone number in international format and the template content. Twilio and Meta may retain sending metadata according to their own policies. We never share: your health data, your coach conversations, or any TDAH/cycle information.

6. Question or issue?

For any WhatsApp-related question or GDPR rights enquiry, write to parenthese.tdah@gmail.com or use the in-app feedback page.

These conditions complement the main Terms of Service.
