Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Mon Coach TDAH application (the "Service"), available at https://lecopilotetdah.com, edited by PARENThèse. By creating an account or using the Service, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms.

Mon Coach TDAH is a self-coaching and psychoeducation tool designed for people living with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). It offers micro-actions, guided conversations, hormonal cycle tracking and executive-function tools.

⚠️ The Service is NOT a medical device. It does not replace diagnosis, follow-up or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional (doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist). The content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or therapy.

In case of medical concern, severe distress or suicidal thoughts: contact a professional or call an emergency line (e.g. 988 in the US, 116 123 in the UK). The Service must NOT be used in emergencies.

• You must be at least 16 to create an account. Users between 16 and 18 need parental consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up.
• One account = one natural person. Account sharing is forbidden.

• Free trial: 7 days, no card required.
• After the trial, full access requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) via Stripe or PayPal.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled from your account.
• ADHD screening tests (adult ASRS, child Vanderbilt) are one-off purchases, non-refundable once the result is delivered.
• Referral program: refer a paying user → 30 free days on your next invoice. Capped at 1 use per 3 months and 5 per year. No self-referral.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw without reason after your first paid subscription. By activating your access immediately upon subscription (immediate delivery of digital content), you expressly waive this right. To exercise your right, email parenthese.tdah@gmail.com.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /confidentialite. In short: encryption, EU hosting, no resale to third parties, right to erasure at any time.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harassing, or unethical activities.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell access or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
• Submit illegal, hateful, defamatory or harmful content via the chat tools.

• All Service elements (text, design, "Brainbuddy" mascot, methodology) are the exclusive property of PARENThèse or their rights holders.
• Your own data (conversations, logs, notes) remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them as part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". PARENThèse cannot be held liable for:

• Medical, professional or personal decisions made based on Service content.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or outages of technical providers (host, AI, payment, calendar, email).
• Content generated by AI tools (which may contain errors or approximations).

In any case, PARENThèse's total liability is capped at the amounts actually paid by the user in the past 12 months.

• You can delete your account anytime from /confidentialite (immediate and permanent deletion of all your data).
• PARENThèse may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of these Terms, after a 7-day notice (except in emergencies).
• No refund is due in case of termination for user fault.

PARENThèse may amend these Terms at any time. Active users will be notified by email at least 30 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. Otherwise, you may terminate your account without charge.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law (PARENThèse being based in Belgium). In case of dispute, and after amicable settlement attempt, Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except for mandatory EU consumer law provisions.
