These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Mon Coach TDAH application (the "Service"), available at https://lecopilotetdah.com, edited by PARENThèse. By creating an account or using the Service, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms.
Mon Coach TDAH is a self-coaching and psychoeducation tool designed for people living with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). It offers micro-actions, guided conversations, hormonal cycle tracking and executive-function tools.
⚠️ The Service is NOT a medical device. It does not replace diagnosis, follow-up or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional (doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist). The content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or therapy.
In case of medical concern, severe distress or suicidal thoughts: contact a professional or call an emergency line (e.g. 988 in the US, 116 123 in the UK). The Service must NOT be used in emergencies.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw without reason after your first paid subscription. By activating your access immediately upon subscription (immediate delivery of digital content), you expressly waive this right. To exercise your right, email parenthese.tdah@gmail.com.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /confidentialite. In short: encryption, EU hosting, no resale to third parties, right to erasure at any time.

In any case, PARENThèse's total liability is capped at the amounts actually paid by the user in the past 12 months.
PARENThèse may amend these Terms at any time. Active users will be notified by email at least 30 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. Otherwise, you may terminate your account without charge.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law (PARENThèse being based in Belgium). In case of dispute, and after amicable settlement attempt, Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except for mandatory EU consumer law provisions.
